Do you share our love of Shropshire? Do you understand the challenges faced by people living in rural areas, particularly those who are older, living alone, or vulnerable due to their health, economic circumstances or caring responsibilities? Do you want to make a difference in the community, or to "put something back" after a successful career? Perhaps you have recently moved to the area and want to get involved with a charity which really makes a difference to people's lives.
Could you bring:
- Fundraising experience to support our work, particularly through personal contacts or experience organising community events
- HR experience to help us maintain best practice when managing our people
- Knowledge of local communities, particularly rural ones, and the challenges they face
- Digital experience help us find new ways to of supporting people and get our message across to the widest audiences
